Instructions

Step 1
Mix ground chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. It'll be wet and soupy.
Step 2
Divide mixture into four portions.
Step 3
Flatten one portion on parchment paper to fit air fryer.
Step 4
On one half, layer sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto.
Step 5
Fold other half over filling using parchment.
Step 6
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, drizzle with olive oil, flip, and repeat.
Step 7
Cook at 390°F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 8
Let sit for 5 minutes, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and enjoy.
