Step 1
Saute chicken in oil over medium heat until cooked. Add veggies and seasoning. May need a little water. Cook until veggies are tender. Put on a plate of spinach or romaine. Seasoning: 2 tbs chilli powder, 3 tbsp cummin, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add toppings: cheese, black beans, sour cream, avocado, salsa.
