Instructions
Step 1
In small bowl combine tomatoes, avocado and pepper.
Step 2
Using cookie cutter, cut hole in bread. Spray with olive oil.
Step 3
Spray small pan and heat over medium high heat. Place bread in pan. Crack egg into hole. Cook until done.
