1. Fry the ingredients that need frying

2. Add the lamb neck to the pressure cooker and cook for 14 minutes (not 15).

3. Add the potatoes to the pressure cooker, set to low, and cook for 4 minutes.

4. Allow natural release.

5. Blend the whole carrot with 20g cashew nuts and some of the stew until smooth.
