Instructions

Step 1
Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon together in a glass jar. Stir well to mix. Add the soy milk and blueberries and stir well. Seal and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 8 hours).
Step 2
Remove oats from fridge and top with pumpkin seeds and mix them into the oats. Enjoy hot or cold!!
