Instructions

Step 1
Mix tuna, garlic, an egg, chilli flakes, flour and soy sauce
Step 2
put olive oil on a pan, form 4 burgers and cook them on both sides, until they're done and golden crispy
Step 3
Wash your batata, with fork maje small holes in it and put it in a microvawe for 2-4 minutes
Step 4
Serve with spinach and sprinkle with sesame seeds
