Instructions
Step 1

Method: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let it foam. Add oil, salt, and gradually add flour. Mix until a sticky dough forms, then knead until smooth.

Rise: Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 45-90 minutes until doubled.
Step 3

Preheat: Place a pizza stone or steel in the oven and preheat to the highest temperature (425-500°F) for at least 30-60 minutes to get it super hot
Step 4

Sauce: Use store-bought sauce or blend tomatoes with herbs like oregano, basil, and a pinch of sugar.
Step 5

Shape: Punch down the dough, divide it, and gently stretch a ball on a floured surface or parchment paper to your desired size.
Step 6

Top: Spread sauce, then mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings (cooked meats, veggies).
Step 7

Bake: Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone/steel.
Step 8

Time: Bake for 7-15 minutes (depending on heat) until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Step 9

Finish: Let it rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
