Step 1
Season the chicken thighs with chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper. Make sure to coat both sides evenly.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
