Make the crostini

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.

3. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

4. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.

2. Whip the feta

1. In a food processor, add:

• Cream cheese

• Lemon juice

• 1-2 tbsp olive oil

2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and fluffy (about 1 minute).

3. Add black pepper to taste.

1. Spread a generous spoonful of whipped feta onto each crostini.
