Instructions

Step 1
Put two large non-stick or cast-iron skillets on the stove over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp butter to each.
Step 2
While butter melts, crack all 14 eggs into a big bowl, add salt & pepper, whisk with a fork for 20 seconds until yellow and smooth.
Step 3
When butter is bubbling, dump one entire clamshell of spinach into each pan. Stir with a wooden spoon until it wilts and shrinks (about 2 minutes).
Step 4
Pour half the eggs into each pan. Gently stir and fold with the spoon until eggs are soft and creamy (3–4 minutes). Turn heat off.
Step 5
Slice the avocados in half, remove pits, scoop flesh onto plates.
Step 6
Divide eggs: adults get 4 eggs + ¾ avocado each, kids get 2–3 eggs + ½ avocado.
Step 7
Break chocolate bar into squares – adults 2 squares each, kids ½–1 square each.
Step 8
Serve with a large glass of cold water for everyone
