Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large stewpot on medium, add the olive oil.
Step 2
Chop and add the onions, cook for 5-7 mins or until translucent.
Step 3
Add the beef, chop and brown it.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, chilis, and seasoning, combine.
Step 5
Cube the room temp cream cheese, add and stir until combined.
Step 6
Add the beans and corn, stir.
Step 7
Add cheese and stir until combined.
Step 8
Add broth and bring to a low boil.
Step 9
Add toppings of your choice and enjoy 😊
