Instructions
Step 1
Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor or blender.

2. Blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides once or twice.

3. Add olive oil and 2 tbsp water, blend again.
Step 4
4. Adjust consistency: add more water, 1 tbsp at a time, until creamy.
Step 5
5. Taste & season: more salt, lemon, or garlic if desired.
Step 6
6. Optional garnish: drizzle olive oil, sprinkle paprika, add parsley or pine nuts.
