have vou seen €mezemike viral hack for makinc
döner kebab or avro in your oven at home?! it's
paper thin and S000 easy to make. my favorite dish
at turkish restaurants is the iskander kebab but i
could never recreate it....until now. i'm genuinely
blown away!

Instructions
Step 1
* preheat the oven to 500F
Step 2
* use a food processor to combine all ingredients evenly.
Step 3
* add the onion, yogurt and spices to a food processor and create a paste. add in the ground meat and pulse until combined * place a ball of the meat mixture between two pieces of parchment paper.
Step 4
* use a rolling pin to evenly spread out the meat mixture-it should be verv thin and uniform. * remove the top laver of parchment paper (vou can reuse this piece!) and fold the parchment over the meat repeatedly until you're left with a small rectangular parcel.
Step 5
* (trv to make sure the parchment paper is cut to the width of vour baking sheet)
Step 6
* if using right away, layer parcels on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. (if parchment paper is charring, flip it)
Step 7
* remove from oven and unroll each parcel. (if there's excessive liquid being released, vou can drain it but i like keeping some!)
Step 8
* cut into smaller strios and brown in the oven for a few more minutes.
Step 9
* it's then readv to serve. use for sandwiches, iskander kebab, gyros, döner
