Instructions

Step 1
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, basil, egg, Parmesan cheese and onion powder.
Step 2
Roll into 3/4 inch balls
Step 3
Boil chicken broth
Step 4
Add orzo, spinach, carrots and meatballs
Step 5
Return to boil and reduce heat to medium
Step 6
Slow boil for 10 min. Add more broth if needed
