Instructions

Step 1
Set steak aside to come to room temp.
Step 2
Once at room temp, pat dry and rub with olive oil. Then marinate for minimum 30 minutes in the blend of cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
While waiting for steak, make your sauce by combining sour cream (or greek yogurt), habanero sauce, and Steve
Step 4
Grill steak and peppers. If needed, peel off the skin from the pepper
