Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onions very finely until the pieces are tiny. The smaller the better. If the onions are too big the mince will fall apart.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients, including the finely chopped onions, in a big bowl.
Step 3
Using your hands, shape the mince into balls of your preferred size.
Step 4
Fry the meatballs using a frying pan on medium heat. Be careful they do not sticl or fall apart.
