2 poundslean ground beef
3cloves garlic

2yellow onions
large, chopped
3 cupswater
2 x 15 ouncecans diced tomatoes
2 x 15 ouncecans tomato sauce
2 tablespoonsitalian seasoning
3bay leaves
3 tablespoonssoy sauce
1 tablespoonHouse Seasoning
1 tablespoonseasoned salt
2 cupselbow macaroni
uncooked
1 cupsalt
House Seasoning
¼ cuppepper
House Seasoning
¼ cupgarlic powder
House Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven, saute the ground beef over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while sauteing. Spoon off any grease.
Step 2
Add the onions and garlic to the pot and saute until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add 3 cups water, along with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, House Seasoning, and seasoned salt. Stir well.
Step 4
Place a lid on the pot and allow this to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add the elbow macaroni, stir well, return the lid to the pot, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Turn off the heat, remove the bay leaves, and allow the mixture to sit about 30 minutes more before serving.
Step 7
Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
