2. Cook the Beef

• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

• Add onion and cook 1–2 minutes until soft.

• Add beef mince and cook 3–4 minutes, breaking it up.

• Stir in taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water.

• Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
