Instructions

Step 1
Season the Pork: Mix the pork mince with sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Portion & Cook: Divide the meat into 5 equal 100g balls. Flatten them into patties and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 3
Steam the Eggs: Use greased egg rings in a pan. Crack the eggs in, add a splash of water to the pan, and cover with a lid to steam for 2-3 minutes until the yolks are set.
Step 4
Toast your English Muffins.
Step 5
Spread BBQ Sauce on the bottom muffin.
Step 6
Layer: Pork Patty -> Burger Cheese Slice -> Egg.
Step 7
Spread more BBQ Sauce on the underside of the top muffin.
Step 8
Wrap each individual burger tightly in baking paper (parchment paper) and place them into zip-lock bags.
Step 9
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for longer.
Step 10
Reheating: From Fridge: Remove from the zip-lock bag but keep in the baking paper. Microwave for 60-90 seconds or Air Fry at 160°C for 6-8 minutes.
Step 11
From Frozen: Defrost overnight in the fridge or use the defrost setting on your microwave before heating through.
