preheat oven to 375. lightly grease a large baking sheet. place potato wedges in a large bowl. in small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese, toss to coat and then sprinkle with season mixture. place wedges on baking sheet. bake for 25-35 minutes. sprinkle with parsley
