1 cupbutter
cut into pieces
0.5 lbcolby cheese grated

0.5 lbsharp cheddar cheese grated
1 lbVelveeta cheese
cut into chunks
4 ozsour cream
salt
to taste
1 Tbspwhite pepper
1 Tbspsugar
1 cupmild cheddar cheese
for topping
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 inch pan by coating with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except mild cheddar cheese and pour into the pan.
Step 3
Cook for 30-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
