Chicken Wraps with Homemade Salsa & Chips

Instructions

Step 1
-Preheat oven to 180°C. -Cut wraps into triangles, brush with oil, sprinkle salt. -Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 2
-Heat oil in a pan over medium-high for 5 min. -Add tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño. Sauté 2–3 min until slightly softened. -Transfer to a blender or food processor. Add lime juice, parsley, cumin, salt & pepper. -Pulse/blend to your desired consistency
Step 3
Wash & dry lettuce, ready in a bowl.
Step 4
Cook chicken in oil with taco seasoning until golden & cooked through.
Step 5
Heat wraps for 30-60 seconds in the oven or microwave.
Step 6
-Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, and salsa. -Roll and serve with homemade salsa and chips
