Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2

In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth. Add in the nut butter, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix until combined with a silicone spatula. The "dough" should be very sticky
Step 3

Use a spoon to scoop the batter onto the pan, about 60 g each. Lightly wet the back of a spoon, and flatten to a 1/4" thick circle. Press the chocolate chips into the top, about 1 tsp (6 g) per cookie
Step 4

Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool totally on the sheet before removing
