One-Pan Sweet Chili BBQ Chicken Halloumi pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté chicken with salt and pepper until lightly golden, then add halloumi and fry until golden.
Step 3
Stir in onion and garlic, cooking 2 mins until soft and fragrant.
Step 4
Add sweet chilli sauce and BBQ sauce with a splash of pasta water, tossing until glossy and well coated.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta, toss everything together, and finish with fresh parsley before serving.
