Instructions

Step 1
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and Paprika.
Step 2
Fry the chicken and 2tsp Tobasco sauce on both sides for around 7-8 minutes and let cool on chopping board before cutting into strips.
Step 3
Fry the bell peppers until cooked and remove from pan.
Step 4
Microwave frozen cauliflower rice and add to the frying pan with 2tsp Tobasco sauce.
Step 5
Serve or place in meal prep containers with chicken/peppers/rice.
