8 oz. Red Enchilada Sauce
8 ozRed Enchilada Sauce
8 Flour Tortillas

1Ground Fajita Chicken
8 ozGarlic + Herb Cream Cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 6-8 min until fully cooked + no pinkness remains; season with salt/pep
Step 2
Add ½ container of sauce + all cream cheese to chicken; stir to combine
Step 3
Divide filling among 6 tortillas, roll up + place in a small, lightly oiled baking dish seam side down; drizzle on remaining sauce, cover dish with foil + bake 10 min; remove foil + bake 10 min more uncovered until hot + bubbling
