Ingredients

1chicken breast
250gpasta
textured
3 Tbspbasil pesto
nut, garlic, and onion free
50gparmesan
2carrots
broccolini
pine nuts
olive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare carrot and broccolini for steaming.
Step 2
Slice shallot and throw in a small oven dish with the cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast at 200⁰C for 15 minutes
Step 3
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil for the pasta. Cook to packet instructions.
Step 4
Toast pine nuts in dry pan
Step 5
Slice chicken into fillets or strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a medium fry pan with olive oil - about 6 minutes.
Step 6
Once pasta is cooked, drain and stir through pesto. Season to taste with MSG and pepper, and add half the parmesan. Stir well, then add chicken and mix again. Serve in bowl, and top with pine nuts and parmesan. Serve vegetables on the side.
