Instructions
Step 1
Slice salmon in bite sized cubes. Stir together sauce for salmon (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, green onion, honey, sesame oil and sesame seeds). Let marinate for 10 minutes while you make the cucumber salad.
Step 2
Make cucumber salad. Mixed together, sliced cucumbers with the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and sesame seeds).
Step 3
Sear salmon in pan until fully cooked through.
Step 4
Serve the salmon and cucumber salad alongside a bed of rice with sliced avocado and shredded carrots.
