Instructions

PREPPING

Step 1
1 . Brown the beef in a pan and drain the grease. Let cool.

2. Dice the onion and add it to the bag along with the beef.

3. Add all beans, Rotel, tomatoes, and corn into the bag.

4. Finally, add oregano, cumin, garlic powder and salt to the bag, then seal

COOKING

Step 5
5. Thaw before cooking and cook on manual /pressure cook for 6 minutes. Do a quick release.

CROCKPOT ALTERNATIVE: Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

6. Add whatever toppings you'd like and enjoy!
