Instructions

Step 1
Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, blueberries, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
Step 3
Pour into Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden brown. The center should be set but may still have a slight jiggle.
Step 5
Cool and Serve: Let the bake cool for a few minutes before serving. You can serve it warm or let it cool completely.
Step 6
Add Toppings: Optionally, top with extra blueberries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or chopped nuts before serving.
