Instructions

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and chop the parsley. Heat olive oil in a pan on low heat, add the garlic and let it release its flavor, then remove it.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook on medium heat until they start to soften. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate, then season with salt and add chopped parsley.
Step 3
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth.
Step 4
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Add the sliced speck and toss everything together.
