Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Strain the peach purée through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
Step 3
Add the sugar to the peach juice and stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Pour in the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Mix well.
Step 5
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
Step 6
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 7
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
