Instructions
Step 1
Add arugula, spinach, cheese and eggs ingredients to a deep oven safe glass dish.
Step 2
Bake in oven at 375F for about 20-30 minutes depending on how runny you like your eggs. Take the dish out and mix to combine everything. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
