Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients together and allow to thicken a bit.
Step 2
Heat up a medium sized pan over medium-low heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Pour 1/3 cup batter into the pan and swirl around to coat the bottom. (But don’t make them too thin or they won’t hold together)
Step 4
Allow to cook until the top is no longer glossy and a spatula slides under easily. Flip and cook on the other side.
Step 5
Allow to completely cool to room temp, as it will become more sturdy as it cools.
