Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg whites, egg, and salt to taste.
Step 2
Grease a pan and add the egg mixture
Step 3
Dip 2 slices of low calorie bread into the egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs have cooked.
Step 4
Flip the eggs and bread.
Step 5
Add cheese, Canadian bacon, and vegetables of choice to the bread and fold in the remaining egg to the sandwich.
Step 6
Place one slice of bread on top of the other like a sandwich.
Step 7
Cook until eggs are cooked to your desire. Enjoy immediately!
