Tofu crumble
300gfirm tofu

½ Tbspdark soy sauce
1 tsprice wine vinegar
1 tspchinese 5 spice powder
1 tspsugar
1 tspwhite pepper
1 Tbspneutral oil
1 stalkspring onion
white bit only
1 Tbspminced ginger
3 clovesgarlic

Instructions
Step 1
Crumble tofu and mix with ingredients
Step 2
Cook tofu crumble until starting to crisp
Step 3
Cook noodles
Step 4
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of spoons of noodle water
Step 5
Drain noodles and mix with sauce
Step 6
Top with tofu crumble and sprinkle spring onions on top. Add broccoli or other greens to the side
