Step 1

Scramble the eggs with taco seasoning when fully cooked take off heat and add taco sauce as desired
Step 2

Air fry or bake sausage and bacon. When done crumble bacon and cut up sausage set aside.
Step 3
To make sausage and gravy, brown sausage in a pan remove grease. Sprinkle flour to lightly cover the sausage. Cooked down the flour for 2 to 3 minutes. Make sure to stir so it doesn’t get stuck to the bottom. Add milk and stir to get to desired thickness. If you want any thinner add more milk finish off with seasonings.
Step 4

Bake or air fry low-carb tortilla with cheese on it until slightly browned and cheese melts 3 to 5 minutes
Step 5

Assemble tacos, put some of the sausage and gravy, then eggs, then meat and other toppings.
