Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix oat flour, whole oats, whey protein, psyllium, cocoa powder, salt, and creatine.
Step 2
Add yogurt and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms.
Step 3
Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the psyllium to hydrate.
Step 4
Press the dough firmly into a lined container or pan.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
