Instructions

Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients with fish cut into chunks
Step 2
Soak rice for 20 mins
Step 3
Fry chopped onion in ghee with dill stalks
Step 4
Stir onion into rice with chopped green beans. Cook in rice cooker for 5 mins
Step 5
Add melted ghee to a wide shallow le creuset pan. Add half cooked rice. Layer over marinated fish, peas, chopped tomatoes. Top with rest of rice mixed with dill and coriander. Pour over stock mixed with saffron, cover with foil and a lid. Stove cook then over cook
