Ingredients
4 servings
12 ozchow mein noodles
refrigerated, or dry spaghetti
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
cut into 1” pieces
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
1clove garlic
minced
1 tspginger
freshly grated
2carrots
grated
1 headcabbage
very small, shredded

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook noodles just shy of al dente according to package instructions, then drain immediately.
Step 2
In a large skillet (or Dutch oven) over medium-high heat, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 3
Move chicken to one side of skillet, and to other side, add garlic, ginger, carrot, and cabbage and cook until tender, 3 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Step 5
Pour sauce over skillet and add cooked noodles, tossing to combine.
Step 6
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
