Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Divide mixture into 1 and 1/2 to 2 in balls and smash.
Step 3
Place into frying pan with a few tablespoons of oil. Cook until seared on both sides. They will not be done cooking. This is okay. Remove from pan and set aside....(don't let your great dane get them like I did!)
Step 4
In the same pan, add butter and flour. Cook this for 2 to 3 minutes on medium high heat. If it's too thick add a smidge more butter. Stir this constantly with a whisk so that it doesn't burn.
Step 5
Add in the broth slowly and stir with a whisk and stir in the soup packet and the Worcestershire sauce. Make sure that you stir it really well.
Step 6
Simmer until thickened. Add the steaks and simmer for another 10 minutes covered on medium Heat.
