Instructions
Step 1
Fill large crawfish pot to about 3 inches less than you would for crawfish with water
Step 2
Add lemons, onions, potatoes, sausage, mushrooms and bring to a boil and boil until potatoes are just tender
Step 3
Bring to a hard rolling boil and add shrimp and set 60 second timer.
Step 4
When timer goes off turn off burner and add corn and two bags of ice
Step 5
Once water has cooled to the point you can put your finger in for a couple seconds, add Louisiana Fire bags and liquid crab boil and dry bags
Step 6
Soak shrimp for 15-25 minutes. Start tasting at 15 minutes until desired spice level
