Instructions

Step 1
Sauté garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Add crushed tomatoes & simmer for 5-7 min.
Step 3
Blend part of the beans with some tomato sauce until smooth. Pour back into pan.
Step 4
Stir in remaining whole beans.
Step 5
Add spinach & cook until wilted.
Step 6
Boil gnocchi until they float, then add to the sauce.
Step 7
Stir to combine. Adjust salt & pepper to taste.
