Step 1
Wash shocked chhole
Put chhole in cooker And add water in cooker 2 cups
Add 1 tspoon salt Take 8 whistle And than keep cooker on law flame Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes And than off the flame

Take tomato and garlic and make it paste

Add 1 tablespoon oil in pan
Once oil hot Add cumin
Add hing
And than add tomato paste

Once tomato paset cooked Add haldi 1/2 tspoon
Chilli powder 1 tspoon Salt to taset Dhania jeera powder 2 tspoon
Kitchen king 1/2 tspoon
Chhole masala1 spoon
Cooked with masala
And add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water And colked it
If you want add ginger cut it in thin slice This is optional
Step 5
Add boiled chhole And cook it for 5 minutes with lid Or pls cooked this chhole mixer in cooker and whistle for 2
