Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 425 deg.
Step 2
Dice Pepperoni, Mushroom, onion and bell pepper. mix together and chop a little more. This is our Pizza "Mirepoix". Save it to a couple paper towels to drain.
Step 3
Take Half of Loaf French Bread of your choice and split it in half length wise but keep it connected.
Step 4
Spray with Olive Oil and sprinkle Garlic Powder on it
Step 5
Toast in heated oven close to top heating element. 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven, spread Pizza Sauce then Cover with Cheese.
Step 7
Season the cheese with black pepper and Italian seasoning.
Step 8
Scatter our Pizza "Mirepox" on cheese and lightly salt. Just a pinch!
Step 9
Place on center upper rack of oven for about 10 minutes or until edges and cheese starts to brown.
Step 10
Remove Pizza, allow to cool for a couple of minutes and Enjoy!
