1 x 8 ozcan water chestnuts
drained and minced
2green onions
sliced
1clove garlic

¼ cupcoconut amino

¼ teaspoonsesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground chicken and cook until fully cooked, breaking it up as it browns.
3. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions; cook until mushrooms are softened.
4. Stir in ginger, garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil (if using). Cook briefly until evenly coated and fragrant.
5. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups and serve warm.
