Instructions

Step 1
Chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed in a medium-sized bowl. Check the chia seeds are evenly spread by stirring the mixture well. Wait about five minutes, and then remix it.
Step 2
After this time, stir again to break up any clumps that may have formed. Use plastic wrap or a lid to cover the bowl and chill for 2 hours, or better yet, overnight.
Step 3
This will enable the chia seeds to assimilate the liquid and form a viscous, pudding-like consistency.
Step 4
Once the chia pudding is set, remove it from the refrigerator and stir it to mix.
Step 5
Add almond milk if the pudding is too thick.
Step 6
Spoon the chia pudding into two separate glasses or bowls and divide it up equally.
Step 7
Add plenty of fresh berries to each serving. Berry mixtures give flavor and color.
