Instructions
Step 1
Fold all ingredients together.
Step 2
Let dough ball sit for 30 minutes. Fold dough 4-5 times (from outside to center). Repeat 4 times.

Seat in warm place to rise, approximatelydoubling size. Cover with bowl with towel. (**12 hours in shut bathroom near vent)
Step 4
Preheat dutch over at 500° for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Place bread sling in preheated dutch oven. Place loaf in dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 450°.
Step 6
Remove lid, lower oven to 400° and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
