Step 1
Turn instant pot on sauté when hot then Cook onions until they are translucent, then add garlic and ginger, cook for a few minutes then add spices and tomato paste mixing really good.
Now add potatoes and mix them well with the spices and tomato paste, then add broth and jalapenos (optional) and set on pressure cook for 6 minutes.
