Instructions
Step 1
Put onion in blender and then pour the juice out, then in a bowl add ground beef and onions and spices then mix the mixture well.

Once meat is mixed spread it out into a pan as evenly as possible, once meat is cooked take a spatula and cut it into kabob like pieces then flip them so it’s cooked on both sides.
